Six MPs representing Yei River County in the National and State on Saturday answered questions from the citizens about development and about their work at the assemblies.
South Sudan Network for Democratic Election or SSUNDE facilitated the interactive dialogue between citizens and MPs in collaboration with National Democratic Institute or NDI, Easter Radio reported.
MPs Bidal Moses Onesimo, Jacob Aligo Lodu, Jeniffer Yabu Yoasa, Emmanuel Ali and Cecilia Hakim took part in the public session.
Jacob Aligo Lodu called on the citizens to be patient and tolerant due to the austerity measures affecting the country.
State MP Jennifer Yabu Yoasa said it is necessary for MPs to come and listen to their voters to raise their problems to the assembly.
Ms Yabu encouraged SSUNDE and NDI to continue facilitating such dialogues.
