Central Equatoria State AIDS Commission is conducting a three-day mass voluntary testing and counselling at Yei Freedom Square.
AIDS Commission coordinator in Yei River County Chris Issa Gordon called on the population to come for the free testing, Easter Radio reported.He outlined that they documented 50 new cases of HIV infections over the last six months.
The officer cautioned the public to be responsible.
The three-day testing is conducted by South Sudan AIDS Commission with support from Intra Health.
