The high population increase due to illegal influx of people into Yei Payam is causing a number of problems.
County commissioner Juma David Augustine said it is very difficult to control security because population is increasing quickly in the Yei Payam, Easter Radio reported.He added that Yei Payam is not organized which brings land problems and insecurity.
The commissioner said no land demarcation is the source of many problems in Yei Payam.
Mr Juma said the only solution is to agree with the community to demarcate the land, give the community its share and distribute the remaining to persons looking for plots in the county.
The commissioner was speaking on Friday during a meeting organized to address problems facing the county.
