The Inter-primary schools athletics competition kicked off on Monday in Yei.
Yei Town Payam supervisor for extra curricula activities John Wesley said 32 primary schools were participating in the competition, Easter Radio reported.He explained the pupils were going to compete in track race and field events.
Mr Wesley added that the competition would build unity and peace among the different schools.
He urged NGOs to support the sport activities in the payam.
Mr Wesley thanked that parents who support the competition to happen.
The he competition will take three days.
