The President of the Republic wrote a message the people of South Sudan on Easter saying the season was about hope and rebirth.
Salva Kiir Mayardit said in a five-paragraph message CRN got that as Christians reflected on Jesus’ passion, they should remember their fellow citizens who were suffering and encourage them with brotherly love.He said Easter was about hope and rebirth and all should be mindful of the importance of reflection as they journey through life.
President Kiir asked the glorious Christ to grant South Sudan stability and give strength needed to build a peaceful, prosperous and respectful nation.
The President of the Republic wished all the communities of South Sudan to be filled with peace and joy.
