Prices went up 24.1 between February 2012 and 2103, a fall of over 11 percent in relation to January.

The National Bureau of Statistics said prices of food, drinks, tobacco and hotels went up while health and fruits were cheaper.

Cereals were the main responsible for the hike in prices.
