The Assistant Commissioner for Information and Culture in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State has commended the media houses for playing a positive role in development.
Ephraim Jomo Michael told Radio Easter that the media have voiced out challenges on education, health, agriculture, infrastructure and many others that bring development in the society.Mr Jomo urged the media houses to publicize quality information that reflects positive impact more especially on civic education that bring positive change to the society.
He noted that SSTV will soon cover the area, adding that the studio is already set but that the transmitter remains to be installed.
