The Catholic Bishop of Tombura Yambio Diocese has on Wednesday declared three new Parishes when the Dioces was celebrating its 100 years of faith.
Edwardo Hiiboro Kusalla said the creation of the new parishes will defend on Christians if they fulfil the conditions of having new concrete church buildings and the priests’ residence, Anisa radio reported.The three places that qualified for Parishes are: Yabua, Yangiri and Gamanakpe following the parishes that were opened in November 2011.
Bishop Hiiboro said St. Joseph’s Minor Seminary in Nagori, Yambio can become a full Parish in April next year if the parishioners fulfil the same condition.
The Catholic Diocese has currently nineteen Parishes in total.
