A number of Somalis took to the street this on Saturday morning to protest the killing of their country man in Juba.

A man who refused to identify his name told Bakhita Radio that they were on the street to protest against the killing of their country man and maltreatment of Somalis by South Sudan security forces.

He said the deceased was an entrepreneur who was killed in his shop and his goods looted.

The protesters marched towards Juba International Airport as the body of the dead was being airlifted to his country of origin.

Police stopped the protesters from entering the Airport and forced them to turn back.

Many foreign expatriates complain wide maltreatment across the country by South Sudan security forces.
