The President of South Sudan sent a congratulations message to the president of the United States of America following his re-election on Tuesday.
Salva Kiir Mayardit congratulated Barack Obama for hos “impressive victory and on the vote of support he received.”Kiir wished Obama good health, personal happiness and every success in taking on the new responsibilities and ensuring well-being, security in the World and in our region.
He praised the bilateral relations the two presidents developed and built in the spirit of shared commitment to democratic stable, united and prosperous South Sudan.
Kiir told Obama that he hoped that the joint work to ensure regional stability and cooperation between United States and South Sudan would be further developed and enhanced under his leadership.
