A dozen of civil servants is undergoing intensive training on secretarial work and records management system in Yei River County.
Deputy Director for Training in the Ministry of Local Government, Lemeri Lyon George, told the press that the training aimed at equipping officials with skills on records and data management, Easter Radio reported.He said it was important to learn how to record minutes of meetings and other events and file documents.
Yei River County Executive Director, John Mogga Ezekiel, urged the trainees to learn well because the skills were critical for a good administration system.
The four-day training drew 14 participants from the six counties of Central Equatoria.
