South Sudan Red Cross Society is conducting a nine-day national workshop in Yei on hygiene and sanitation.
Red Cross Health Manager Veronica Kenyi said the workshop is training trainers from the ten states on Participatory Hygiene and Sanitations Transformation.She added that the participants will share what they learned in the places they come from.
Ms Kenyi said the Red Cross moved the workshop to Yei because Juba is expensive and the local volunteers and their leaders were very active.
She added that the participants had also the chance to interact with the volunteers in the county.
The workshop that started Monday attracted 23 participants plus four facilitators together with the Secretary General of the Red Cross Society.
