Eastern Equatoria football team Burkan FC beat visiting Nujuom FC from Bor three-two during a South Sudan’s football qualifier match in Torit.
Nujuom player Okony David Oballa opened the score trough a penalty kick 23 minutes into the match, Radio Emmanuel reported.Ronald Victoria equalised for Burkan 20 minutes later.
Danis Taban sealed the victory with two goals.
Michael Maj Ayuen – who replaced Pull Lungjok in Nujoum – reduced the goal difference to three-two 18 minutes from the end of the match.
The match was played yesterday at Torit’s Freedom Square.
