Malakal hospital nurse, Tabitha Al-Fri, said that the rate of malnourishment is increasing with about 10 malnourished children admitted to the hospital since the beginning of this month, Radio Voice of Peace reported.
She said last month they admitted only 5-6 children.
Mrs Tabitha said that malnutrition is due to lack of proper care by the parents.
She urged parents to pay greater attention to their children to avoid malnutrition.
