The international community should stop Russia and China from backing the Government of Sudan with military equipment.
SPLM-North secretary Abdel-Rhaman Anuwa said humanitarian organizations should press the Moscow and Beijing governments to stop supporting the Khartoum leadership which is committing war crimes against its own people.Mr Anuwa referred to the case of Syria where Russia and China are contrary to an international intervention against the Syrian authorities.
He said that the Syrian regime is killing hunderds of people everyday who are advocating for liberation and freedom, and the same happens in the Sudan.
China is the leading consumer of oil from South Sudan and Sudan.
