The leader of women in Yei River County is urging her sisters to clean the town to prepare their international day due next Thursday.
Sara Natalina invited all women to meet tomorrow at Yei Freedom Square at 7:30 AM to launch the clean-up operation across the town.She said that her office invited the organized forces in the county to help in the cleaning.
Mama Sara appealed to the women working with NGOs and the government to participate in the cleaning and show their solidarity to the initiative.
County sports supervisor Kujo Bernard called on the women to take the message of cleanness to their husbands.
He added that the clean-up action should not be only for women all but for men and they should participate in tomorrow’s operation.
Mama Sara and Mr Kujo made these statements this morning during the third meeting to prepare Women International Day in Yei.
