Speaking to the fourth year students of the Catholic University of South Sudan, Deputy Minister of Labour and Public service, Kwong Danhier Gatluak, said more than 60% of the work force of the government is unclassified staff. He told students that when they complete their studies the government will get educated people to run and develop effective systems in the country.
Mr Danhier said he expects the students to have integrity and humility, and shun greed. He also advised the students to pay attention to their life skills such as communication and presentation because these are key criteria for selecting civil servants and not just how excellent your degree.
