Three thieves broke into two shops in Tonj South County, Warrap, Friday night taking sugar, flour and beer with them.

Suleiman Lino, the owner of one of the shops that were robbed, told Radio Don Bosco that the robbers broke in and took a 50 kg-bag of sugar, some flour and three crates of beer.

He said he followed one of the thieves up to his house and reported the incident to the Police.

CID Police Officer Daniel Deng Chol said the thieves used several keys, including a master key, plus a hammer and a zinc cutter to enter into the shops.

He also added that all goods were recovered except three bags of flour.

Mr Deng said the police is investigating the break-in and searching for the culprits to recover missing goods and charge them.

The thieves dispersed into thin air.
