INFORMATION MINISTER HAILS DON BOSCO RELIC VISIT

The National minister of information has praised the visit to South Sudan of Catholic Saint Don Bosco’s relic that is touring since 2009 the countries were the Sallesians are present until 2015.

Barnaba Marial Benjamin said upon the arrival of the relic at Juba International Airport on Saturday evening that it was a blessing for the new Republic of South Sudan to receive the remains of the holy man of God, Bakhita Radio reported.

He said the Government of the Republic of South Sudan was honoured by the visit of Saint Don Bosco’s relic.

Dr Marial urged the faithful to emulate the life of Saint Don Bosco for a better future of the people and the Republic of South Sudan.

The relic visited Wau, Tonj, Yambio and Maridi before arriving in Juba.
