AIDS is a global infection that can affect anyone anywhere and it should concern every citizen in order to curb its spread.
South Sudan Aids Commission Coordinator for Yei River County, Chris Issa Gordon, told Radio Easter that the pandemic is affecting the whole world, South Sudan is no exception and Yei town suffers from it.Mr Issa said it was necessary a common effort to halt and reverse the spread of Aids in the country.
The official made these remarks yesterday during a monthly referral review conference with community based organizations, NGO partners, and public and private health institutions involved in Aids work.
