The Eastern Equatoria deputy governor has advised development partners to spread over to the rural areas instead of stationing in the state capital and other urban centres.
Nartisio Manir Loluke said some nongovernmental organizations reject operating in rural areas and instead they base themselves in town centres, Radio Emmanuel reported.He urged development partners and other civil servants who are agents of change to cooperate with chiefs and administration officials on the ground.
The deputy governor made the remarks while opening a four-day budget meeting in Torit.
