The national minister for humanitarian affairs and disaster management said the ministry will transport all Southerners in Khartoum to South Sudan before December.
Minister Lual Achuil told the journalists yesterday that his goal is repatriate more than 700,000 South Sudanese IDP in the Sudan before Christmas.Dr. Lual added that 140 South Sudanese women were released from Khartoum prisons and are on their way home in two barges.
The minister explained that the first 85 women were released on his first visit and another 57 were freed on his second visit two weeks ago.
