JUBA UNIVERSITY STUDENTS UNION SUSPENDS PRESIDENT

The union of Juba university students has suspended its president on allegations of mismanagement of resources and authoritarian leadership.

Juba University Students’ Union (JUSU) spokesperson Michael Guiy Liah told Journalists in Juba that John Sebit Madit was suspended for three months in accordance with JUSU’s constitution, Bakhita Radio reported.

Mr. Sebit was accused of misinforming security organs about the Union’s issues.

He was also charged with irresponsible and emotional manners including insults towards the University of Juba’s administration.
