Security forces in Eastern Equatoria have arrested three suspects in connection with Budi County road attacks.
Governor Louis Lobong Lojore made the announcement in an interview with Radio Emmanuel.The governor said some suspects are on the run and the security forces still pursue them to their hiding places because their identities are known.
Mr. Lobong assured the Justice and Peace Mission of the state government where suspects are being arrested and stolen animals returned to the owners.
He said some agents of insecurity have been recently arrested.
Budi County attackers had terrorised travellers along the Camp 15-Chukudum road where several people lost their lives and other sustained injuries.
