The administration of the University of Juba revealed that this academic year over 2,000 students were graduated from both diploma and degree programmes in Juba and Khartoum colleges.
Deputy academic secretary Bojio Moses told SCR News today that the University of Juba graduated 2,200 during the academic year 2009-2010.He said 374 students graduated from different diploma programmes while 1,826 finished their degrees.
Mr. Moses added that graduates who completed courses taught in Arabic may not be ready for the work market because they need to retrain in English.
The deputy academic secretary said students who failed subjects are seating for supplementary exams in Juba and Khartoum.
