The government of south Sudan together with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) today launched a partnership programme that will support the private sector in South Sudan.
IFC vice-president Rachal Kyte told the press that the programme will build on the success of the administrate reform and helps the private sector to access credit, and to provide training to small and medium business.IFC will invest in the agriculture and develop the hydro-power sector in an effort to prove that South Sudan is a good place for investment.
The programme will be managed by IFC together with various South Sudan ministries and private sector entities.
