Any agreement or negotiation that does not include women’s perspectives should be considered incomplete, a specialist said.
Gender specialist Nada Ali told SCR News that South Sudan women groups were consulting with officials in different structures in the post referendum talks in order to take into account their perspectives.Dr. Nada said any negotiation that ignores women’s needs would be partial.
The gender specialist added that the agenda that came out from last week√É’s women’s conference will positively influence the post-referendum process.
