Bishop Lodu urged the presented generation to thank God for they saw the birth of the new nation and not forget those who died during the long struggle.

The Bishop of Yei urged the people of South Sudan to be united to develop the new nation with a common goal.

He added that reconciliation, love and acceptance were also necessary to build the nation.
