SPLM state and county secretariat conducted a one-day training today for some party observers to the referendum of Yei River County.
Bidali Cosmas told Easter Radio that the training targeted SPLM local observers from all the five payams of Yei County and secretariat members.
He added that each payams sent two representatives to attend the training.
Mr. Bidali said the representatives from the five payams would in turn train other observers at their places.
He urged people to be careful and pray that nothing bad happens so they can come and vote on January 9, 2011.
