The staff of Voice of Love Radio in Malakal had its annual evaluation meeting.
Sr. Elena Balatti, the directress of the station, described the work of communication as based on co-operation.Sr. Elena appreciated the station staff for the work of 2010, adding that the radio has become famous in Malakal and the neighbouring counties in Upper Nile state.
She said the work of the radio is a dialogue between the listeners and the producers, asking them to remain committed to their duties.
Sr. Elena encouraged the journalists to work with the spirit of togetherness and for peace among the local communities that listen to the station.
She told the staff that the radio of the Church works for evangelization, peace and development for the people of South Sudan.
The Directress said that the station has been facing technical challenges but they can be overcome.
The staff appreciated the administration of Voice of Love and asked for professional courses to be offered for the improvement of the radio broadcast.
Voice of Love is part of Sudan Catholic Radio Network ans operates in Malakal since mid-2009.
