INTERNATIONAL INVESTORS LAUNCH ESTATE DEVELOPMENT IN JUBA

Four international investors teamed up with a south Sudan partner to launch the Luri River Water Front estate project in a bid to expand industrial, commercial and residential investments in Juba.

The project named Luri River Waterfront Properties secured one hundred acres of land in the outskirts of Juba for development.

Tim Carson, one of the investors, told SCR News that the company is to build one and two-room apartments completed with fencing and electricity, water, swage and refuge removal services.

Rubix Energy, a partner in the project that specializes on strategic fuel storage and supply, has also secured 33 acres for commercial and industrial development.
