Management coordinators and parish priests from Torit Catholic Diocese concluded yesterday a three-day training on self-assessment.
Mr. Geoffrey Alala, a consultant on Organization Capacity Building, facilitated the workshop. He told Emmanuel Radio that the training meant to identify and address weaknesses in plans of actions from the different departments in order to strengthen service delivery.Diocesan Programme Manager, Fr. Martin Vuni, said the workshop pinpointed needs in capacity building in order to elaborate a three-year programme to address them.
The self assessment workshop was one out of many training activities that the diocese of Torit h organized to improve on service delivery and efficiency.
