The Governor of Khartoum state offered to open a vocational training centre in Central Equatoria state.
Abdurrahman Al-Kidir told Journalists yesterday at Juba International Airport that the grant comes in response to the request of the Governor of Central Equatoria state, Clement Wani Konga.Mr. Al-Kidir said the initiative is to help the youth who did not have the opportunity to go to school to get a job.
He extolled the grant as a gesture of mutual cooperation between the two states, saying the relationship between the Khartoum and Central Equatoria will continue irrespective of the referendum result.
Mr. Al-Kidir revealed that his government is planning to open an Educational training centre in Central Equatoria in the near future.
In a related development Mr. Al-Kidir provided three vehicles for Keeping Juba Clean programme to Central Equatoria government.
Mr. Al-Kidir and his delegation were received at Juba International Airport by Central Equatoria state governor Clement Wani Konga.
