Ms. Rochelle Johnston is the CRS Manager, Conflict Early warning and early response.
She revealed the response would be launched all over south Sudan adding that a model to implement the system in the state which is owned by the government and civil society organization in eastern Equatoria state.
Ms. Rochelle called on the state to embrace the idea for a successful implementation adding that the programme will be extended to the rural areas as well.
The system was launched yesterday amid state official and related partners.
