SPLM-DC OFFICIAL DISMISSES MAL-PRACTICE ALLEGATIONS

An official from the Sudan Peoples’ Liberation Movement for Democratic Change dismissed mal-practice allegations pinned against his party.

It’s reported that the Lam Akol led SPLM-DC has been accused by the government of south Sudan of arming militias to destabilize south Sudan.

Talking to SCR news, Onyoti Adigo Nyikwec, leader of opposition in the south Sudan assembly blamed some officials within SPLM for accusing SPLM-DC of mal-practices.

He tossed the accusations to some officials within the ruling party as the major figures behind the clashes.

My. Nyikwec mentioned that the insecurity in south Sudan has not been fully addressed by the government accusing some officials for instigating tribal clashes.

He stressed that tribal conflicts existed before the establishment of SPLM-DC although the government has consistently accused his party of instigating the tribal conflict.
