SOUTH AFRICA RULING PARTY IN JUBA FOR BILATERAL TALKS

A five man delegation from African National Congress (ANC), ruling party in South Africa arrived Juba today for a three day discussions with SPLM on bilateral issues.

Addressing the press upon their arrival, Baleke Mbete, ANC national chairperson said her delegation wants to know how far the SPLM has reached with the referendum arrangements.

The South African delegation will meet various officials of the government of south Sudan and members of the south Sudan referendum Bureau.
