The meeting started today in Juba, with an opening remark by the Chairman of the Commission, Bishop Daniel Adwok Kur.
Bishop Adwok, who is the Auxiliary Bishop of Khartoum, told SCR News that the service of the Commission is very much needed in preparation for the referendum.
All the catholic dioceses of the Sudan were represented, with the exception of Yei and Rumbek.
The workshop is attended also by international partners and will last until July 10.
