Be a good example to other people in whichever profession one is in, so as to be remembered for the good things.
Nuba Mountains pastoral region Education coordinator and Parish priest, Father James William Silgat, told the faithful that a leader should not claim to be the Alpha and Omega.
Fr. James made the statement on epiphany, the feast which remembers the visitation of the wise men’s visit from the East where King Herod intended to kill the child Jesus.
He gave examples of bad leaders including in our own country Sudan where all those dictatorial leaders are nowhere today.
Fr. James revealed to the congregation to be good examples in the profession they hold so that one leaves behind a good name.

The priest further stressed that the world was moving forward urging people to work so as to bring up the next generation who would do even better than us.
He notes that if Jesus had wanted to be a leader, there would have not been Christianity in the world today.
He advised Christians to be faithful and not just come to pray during special feasts, like Christmas or New Year feast.
