The President of Sudan Catholic Bishops’ Conference or SCBC pays condolence to the clergy, religious, and lay faithful of Malakal for the death of Bishop Vincent Mojwok Nyiker on Friday.
Bishop Barani Eduardo Hiiboro Kussala joins Malakal in expressing profound gratitude for the late Bishop’s untiring and devoted service to the Church.
He praises the late Bishop’s constant advocacy of dialogue and peace for all the people in Upper Nile, Malakal and whole South Sudan.
Bishop Hiiboro commends the soul of the late Bishop to the infinite love and mercy of the heavenly Father.

The late Bishop is a person of prudence in political issues; courage in presenting and defending the SCBC position in national search for peace; charity for enemies.
