Catholic Diocese of Tambura-Yambio launches five years’ strategic plan

The Catholic Diocese of Tambura-Yambio launched its five years’ strategic plan in Nzara under the theme: ‘Get up and work’.

According to Anisa Radio, the strategic plan will base on four pillars, including evangelization, social development, financial system, monitoring and evaluation.

Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Tambura-Yambio Eduardo Hiiboro explains that the plan is used as a tool to implement the revitalized peace agreement.

The Catholic leader appeals to everyone to get up and work for the development of the diocese and South Sudan at large.

Bishop Hiiboro encourages the public to put God at the center of their daily activities because He is the giver of everything and life.

Acting Gbudue State Acting Speaker, Christine Mokorondere appreciates Catholic Diocese of Tambura Yambio for coming up with the strategic plan to guide them.

She promises that the government will work in collaboration with the diocese to see that all is implemented.

The function brought together World Vision, UNCHR, FAO, Equatoria Teak Company and government officials.
