During the fourth hearing on the Farajallah killings in Wau Court the 16 defendants appeared again without lawyers.
Judge Alexander Sabur started the hearing with the presence of Kamal Dhifan Babiker and Tong Dut as government legal consultants, Voice of Hope reported.Mr Dhifan asked the court to postpone the hearing until three lawyers contracted by the State Ministry of Justice arrived in Wau.
Justice Sabur asked the consent of the 16 defendants before he declared the postponement of the hearing to Tuesday.
The three lawyers provided by the Ministry of Justice are mandated to defend the 16 suspected youth on the Farajalla killings case.
