UNMISS, the UN Mission in South Sudan, started a three-day training for prison wardens in Tonj South County of Warrap State.
Warden officer Makuei Bang told Don Bosco Radio that UNMISS was teaching the rules and regulation of prison services to the trainees.He explained that UNMISS would teach the trainees how to handle pregnant women in prison.
Mr Bang said 173 prison wardens were attending the training.
He urged the prison wardens to apply what they are learning from UNMISS and use the knowledge correctly.
