Senior Sports Inspector in Yirol Counties, Lakes State has said most youth in the State are unfamiliar with sports regulations resulting to fight on the football ground.
Maker Nhial Kariom told Good News Radio at the conclusion of Jeremiah Cup Tournament on Thursday in Yirol that the youth in South Sudan and particularly Lakes State do not know sports’ rules. He said sometimes they end up beating each other on the pitch; referees sometimes suffer from physical assault from some of the players.
Mr Nhial urged the youth to concentrate on sports and take it as their career in order for South Sudanese to become world football star like Renaldo, Drogba and Michael Essen.
Mr Nhial advised the youth who are interested in sports to change their bad behaviours.
