About 200 Sudan people’s Liberation Army ex-combatants have graduated after under going life skills in driving, tailoring, computer, catering training on Friday at Torit Technical School.

Torit County Commissioner, William Oyet Omoro told ex-combatants to aim at empowering the economy of the nation by involving in businesses.

He says traders from the neighbouring Countries will be limited only to whole sale while citizens take on retailing.

Eastern Equatoria state minister for Education, Michael Lopuke Lotyam urged the graduates to change their attitudes.

The ex-combatants underwent three months training.
