South Sudan Jesuit Refugee Service has lost its Country Director in a tragic motorcycle accident on Thursday evening.
A Source from Jesuit Refugees Service office in Yei said Angelo Lagu knocked a long parked lorry at Irya village along Juba ÐNimule road.
He said the accident occurred after Lagu sent his driver to repair his office car which developed mechanical problem on the way.
The late passed away instantly at 7:30 PM.
The late Lagu’s body is at Torit Teaching Hospital waiting for burial at his home village of Loa in Torit.
The last funeral rites’ prayer is expected to take place on Tuesday at Jesuit Refugees Service Yei Compound.
