A member of the Lakes State Legislative Assembly has advised citizens of South Sudan to study the national Transitional Constitution and other laws of the Country.
Marial Amum said citizens of South Sudan have to read and understand the laws so that people are familiar with their rights and roles in the country instead of keeping the laws in the shelves. He blamed the Government for slowly distribution of the copies of South Sudan transitional constitution to the citizens.
Mr Amum suggested that South Sudan police ought to be trained to know their role in the country in order to distinguish people they should be arresting.
Some of the citizens in Lakes State are in favour of centralizing system of Government because decentralized system encourages corruption, tribalism and selfishness.
