Over 2000 people have tested their HIV/AIDS statuses through the HIV/AIDS Voluntary Counselling and Testing exercise Torit Civil Hospital since January this year.
Florence Alfred, an officer in charge of Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT) at the Hospital told Radio Emmanuel that one thousand five hundred fifty five males and one thousand three hundred and twelve females turned for the tests.Ms Alfred said people are sensitized on the voluntary HIV/AIDS test before the exercise.
Ms. Florence appreciated the good turn up for the HIV/AID testing in Torit hospital, while appealing to other citizens to embrace the free exercise and know their HIV statuses.
