Hieban County Chairman Younan Albarut Ajur said that they have no specific laws to control their resources but appreciated the changes that came after a period of time.Mr. Al-barut said the conflict in the region has brought along with it positive changes enlightening people about the presence of some natural resources in the region.
He stated that they are trying to appoint few individuals to manage resources temporarily.
