A Member of Eastern Equatoria State Parliament died in Juba after a short illness.
Marcelo Otwari passed away on Tuesday due to high blood pressure at a clinic in Juba where he was taken for treatment.State MP John Ochan Bongomin told Radio Emmanuel that the speaker adjourned deliberations after receiving the news that MP Otwari died.
Burial arrangements are on progress at Late Otwari’s home in Torit.

Due to the heterogeneous realities of South Sudan, each station is rooted in its locality and broadcasts locally produced culture-sensitive programs in the languages which are understood by the local people. For its outreach, CRN has a potential audience of about seven million people, considering the influx of returnees to South Sudan after the Sudan Population Census 2008.
