Eastern Equatoria State Parliaments on Monday adjourned the first sitting of its third session.
The adjournment followed the need for most of the legislators to attend a SPLM workshop that started on Friday and concluded on Monday.Deputy Speaker Paul Napwon told Radio Emmanuel that state and national duties took most of the time of MPs during the second session.
He said the legislators needed to have more time in the third session to concentrate on the House’s business.
The third session of the Assembly that opened on Thursday will last for 45 days before MPs break out for Christmas recess.
The House is left with 17 sitting to end its deliberation.
